I know words like "worst lawyer ad" and "most obnoxious commercial pushing legal services" get thrown around a lot but I just have to share what is undoubtedly the most offensive lawyer ad I have ever seen. I mean, it is so bad that I cannot tell if it is a joke or not. (And I have a pretty keen sense of humor recognition.)
If it is not a joke I can't imagine the Advertising Review Board for the attorney's State Bar allowed it to pass muster- if the ARB did review it and accepted it- then someone's head will surely roll after this one!
