Last week- while I was suffering through a mind-blowing flu we launched a national media campaign by employing some very interesting tools starting with a You Tube video. This video is in total compliance with the State Bar because it expresses opinion, and doesn't include a direct call for clients. The video received an a enormous number of hits that coincided with our media campaign.
Try releasing a video for your next high profile lawsuit. The visual medium is very effective, relatively cheap and as long as you stay within ethical guidelines, risk free.
