If you are anything like me, after having watched the brutal and terrifying events at Ft. Hood yesterday life's perspective takes on a new focus. No matter how worried we are about the economy, healthcare, our careers, our waistlines, our relationships and all the other stuff that always seems to work itself out- you have to take time for yourself and do something so completely unproductive all it does is feed your soul.
