Court Backs Comcast Over FCC on 'Net Neutrality'

A great article today in The Wall Street Journal today about a U.S. appeals court ruling that the Federal Communications overstepped when it cited Comcast for slowing select web traffic on its network.

This issue raises the question as to how far the FCC can go to dictate the way Internet providers manage the immense traffic on their multibillion-dollar networks. At issue here is Comcast deliberately preventing some subscribers from using peer-topeer file sharing services to download large files, meaning a signifigant hot for entertainment companies.
