Wondering How Much Your Peers Are Making ?

An recent article in Texas Lawyer released the latest figures indicating who is making what in Texas law firms.
Some of these figures are surprising, according to the survey:

Average hours billed in Houston for an equity partner: 33.3
Average hours billed in Houston for an non-equity partner: 35.5
Average hours billed in Houston for an associate: 34.3
(All these numbers are an increase over last year)

Hourly billing rates for equity partner: $348
Hourly billing rates for non-equity partner: $338
Hourly billing rates for a 7th year associate: $280
Hourly billing rates for a 4th year associate: $240

These rates also indicate an increase over last year.
